The building is designed in such a way that certain contents are intentionally separated, while others are connected. In one block there is an exhibition space with a cafe on the first floor, with an exit on the roof terrace. A footbridge connects one block with another, whose purpose changes through the floors. So the access hall is located on the ground floor, the educational part on the first floor, and the administrative part on the last. In that way, a structure was obtained, which consists of several different forms, which have different purposes, as well as storeys. The structural system of the building is skeletal, the type of construction is a reinforced concrete structure with supporting pillars and beams. We can define four structural units of the building, one of which - the footbridge, used a steel structure. Footbridge is constructed of the steel lattice girder as primary and steel profile of variable cross-section as secondary construction. The materialization used on the building is a classic curtain wall, with primary vertical aluminum profiles. Fiber cement panels, mounted with aluminum profiles, were also used, as well as two different panel textures. Surecrete paint was used for the colored wall.
